This complex low-intervention wine was made by fermenting each grape variety separately for about 10 to 30 days, using natural yeast. After fermentation, this vino was aged the wine for 12 months in a mix of oak and stainless steel before bottling. The ingredients include Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Lagrein, and Mourvedre from different vineyards throughout the Barossa.
