Invino Subscription Products

If you purchase an Invino Club subscription product (including ‘one-time try’) and find that the game experience doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day window for refunds of the games value.

'Game value' is the difference between the wine RRP with shipping costs, and the total price you paid.

This means that if you don't love it, we refund it. This policy is applicable only to Invino Club subscription products. Please note that this policy does not apply to wine store purchases.

Wine Store Purchases

For wine store products purchased from Invino Club, we accept refunds and returns only under specific circumstances:

Damaged Products: We process refunds for wine store products that are received in a damaged or spoiled condition.

Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is different from what was advertised or that is clearly not the product you ordered, we will accept returns.
