Made with Blaufrankisch! Take a trip outside the itty-bitty town of Gols, where Claus Preisinger rules 19 hectares and 64 different plots—doing the biodynamic dance since 2008. Meet 'Kalkstein,' named after the cool shell limestone soils cuddling the 30-year-old vines. These babies are hand-harvested, throw a spontaneous fermentation party, and hang out in stainless steel and large barrels.
